在常规状态估计模型的基础上，提出了考虑负荷节点静态电压特性的电力系统静态状态估计算法。该算法利用负荷幂函数模型或多项式模型，将负荷有功、无功功率等效为以节点电压幅值为变量的方程组，构建新的零注入功率量测，利用加权最小二乘法进行状态估计，在迭代计算中修正传统的雅克比矩阵以及不平衡偏差量。4节点、IEEE-39节点系统以及实际地区电网算例的仿真结果表明，该算法提高了状态估计量精度，具有较好的实用性。

A state estimation algorithm for a power system considering static characteristics of load was developed based on the conventional state estimation model .In the developed algorithm , the active power and reactive power of loads were transformed to the power functions or polynomial models with variables of the magnitude of voltage at nodes.New zero-injection measurements were structured .The Jacobian matrix and residuals were corrected during the iteration calculation using the weighted least squares method for state estimation .The simulation results of a 4-bus test system , an IEEE 39-bus test system , and a regional network show that the proposed method improves the accuracy of state estimation and has high practicability .
