目的：探讨婴幼儿早期眼底检查的意义及检查方法。方法采用RetCamⅢ小儿视网膜成像系统对2697例婴幼儿进行眼底病筛查，并对筛查结果进行分析。结果发现早产儿视网膜病变142例，其中2例合并白化病眼底和黄斑缺损。足月婴幼儿眼底异常者56例。结论0～3岁婴幼儿的眼底检查能在早期发现儿童眼病，RetCamⅢ是婴幼儿眼底检查的重要手段之一。

목적：탐토영유인조기안저검사적의의급검사방법。방법채용RetCamⅢ소인시망막성상계통대2697례영유인진행안저병사사，병대사사결과진행분석。결과발현조산인시망막병변142례，기중2례합병백화병안저화황반결손。족월영유인안저이상자56례。결론0～3세영유인적안저검사능재조기발현인동안병，RetCamⅢ시영유인안저검사적중요수단지일。
Objective To investigate the significance and method for early fundus examination in infants . Methods Retinal imagine system (RetCamⅢ) was applied to a screening of the fundus diseases in 2 697 infants, and an analysis of the screening result was conducted .Results One hundred and forty-two infants with retinopathy of prematurity ( ROP) were confirmed ,including two complicated with fundus of dbinoism and macular coloboma .Fifty-six cases of fundus abnormalities were found in the full-term infants .Conclusion Fundus examination for infants aged 3 years and younger can help to confirm eye diseases in early stage in children .RetCamⅢ is an important means of fundus examination in infants .
