目的:研究蠲脉Ⅰ号对兔实验性动脉硬化( AS )血液流变学和血脂的影响。方法雄性新西兰兔24只,随机分组为AS模型组、蠲脉Ⅰ号组、正常对照组,每组8只。正常对照组以基础饲料喂养12周,模型组及蠲脉Ⅰ号组均以高脂饲料喂养12周。蠲脉Ⅰ号组于模型复制第2天开始灌服蠲脉Ⅰ号,模型组给予等量生理盐水灌胃。12周后检测3组血液流变学指标和血清脂质水平并对比造模前后各指标的变化。结果模型组全血黏度、血浆黏度、全血还原黏度的高切、红细胞压积以及红细胞聚集指数均明显高于对照组和蠲脉Ⅰ号组(P<0.05)。造模后模型组TC、TG、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平高于正常对照组(P<0.01);蠲脉Ⅰ号组血清脂质TC、TG、LDL-C水平低于模型组( P<0.01)。结论蠲脉Ⅰ号能改善血液流变学多项变异指标和血清脂质代谢水平,对防治动脉硬化和高脂血症有较好作用。

목적:연구견맥Ⅰ호대토실험성동맥경화( AS )혈액류변학화혈지적영향。방법웅성신서란토24지,수궤분조위AS모형조、견맥Ⅰ호조、정상대조조,매조8지。정상대조조이기출사료위양12주,모형조급견맥Ⅰ호조균이고지사료위양12주。견맥Ⅰ호조우모형복제제2천개시관복견맥Ⅰ호,모형조급여등량생리염수관위。12주후검측3조혈액류변학지표화혈청지질수평병대비조모전후각지표적변화。결과모형조전혈점도、혈장점도、전혈환원점도적고절、홍세포압적이급홍세포취집지수균명현고우대조조화견맥Ⅰ호조(P<0.05)。조모후모형조TC、TG、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)수평고우정상대조조(P<0.01);견맥Ⅰ호조혈청지질TC、TG、LDL-C수평저우모형조( P<0.01)。결론견맥Ⅰ호능개선혈액류변학다항변이지표화혈청지질대사수평,대방치동맥경화화고지혈증유교호작용。
Objective To observe the impact of JM No .Ⅰ on hemorheology and blood lipids in rabbits with atherosclerosis(AS).Methods Twenty-four New Zealand male rabbits were randomly divided into AS model group , JM No.Ⅰgroup and normal control group ,8 rabbits in each group .The rabbits in the normal control group were fed with normal food for 12 weeks while in the AS model group and JM No .Ⅰgroup were fed with a high-fat diet for 12 weeks.The rats in the JM No.Ⅰwere given JM No.Ⅰ on the second day after the replication of AS model ,and the rats in the model group were given the same amount of normal saline by gavage .Twelve weeks later ,the hemorheology index and serum lipids levels were detected in three groups , and a comparison of all indexes above before and after treatment was done to analyze their changes .Results The whole blood viscosity ,plasma viscosity,high shear rate of whole blood viscosity , hematocrit , and red blood cell aggregation index in the model group were significantly higher than those in the control group and JM No.Ⅰ group(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycercide (TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) in the model group were higher than those in the normal control group(P<0.01);The serum levels of TC,TG,LDL-C in the JM No.Ⅰ group were lower than those in the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion JM No.Ⅰ can improve multiple variation indexes of hemorheology and serum lipids metabolism,and might be good for the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis and hyperlipidemia .
