目的：探讨系统性红斑狼疮（ SLE）患儿治疗前后抗核抗体（ ANA）滴度及荧光模型表达的变化。方法45例SLE患儿给予肾上腺皮质激素泼尼松治疗，直至转为非活动期。用间接免疫荧光法检测激素治疗前后血清ANA滴度及荧光模型。结果45例患儿治疗前后ANA阳性率分别为97．8％（44/45）、95．6％（43/45），治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）；治疗前后ANA阳性SLE患儿ANA滴度分布比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），治疗后ANA高滴度（≥1∶3200）比例降低。治疗前后ANA阳性SLE患儿ANA荧光模型构成比比较，差异无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论检测ANA对诊断与治疗儿童SLE有重要意义，治疗前后ANA荧光模型表达的变化是否能反映病情与治疗效果有待进一步研究。
목적：탐토계통성홍반랑창（ SLE）환인치료전후항핵항체（ ANA）적도급형광모형표체적변화。방법45례SLE환인급여신상선피질격소발니송치료，직지전위비활동기。용간접면역형광법검측격소치료전후혈청ANA적도급형광모형。결과45례환인치료전후ANA양성솔분별위97．8％（44/45）、95．6％（43/45），치료전후비교차이무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）；치료전후ANA양성SLE환인ANA적도분포비교，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05），치료후ANA고적도（≥1∶3200）비례강저。치료전후ANA양성SLE환인ANA형광모형구성비비교，차이무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）。결론검측ANA대진단여치료인동SLE유중요의의，치료전후ANA형광모형표체적변화시부능반영병정여치료효과유대진일보연구。
Objective To explore the changes of antinuclear antibody ( ANA ) titer and fluorescence model expression in children with systemic lupus erythematosus ( SLE) before and after treatment .Methods Forty-five children with SLE were treated with prednisone until they were in the non-active phase.Indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) was used to analyze serum ANA titer and fluorescence model expression in children before and after treatment .Results The ANA positive rates of 45 children before and after treatment were 97.8%(44/45) and 95.6%(43/45) respectively,there was no significant difference between them ( P>0.05);ANA titer showed significant difference between those before and after treatment in SEL children with positive ANA (P<0.05),the proportion of children with high ANA titer (≥1∶3 200) decreased after treatment .The constituent ratios of ANA fluorescence model of SEL children with positive ANA before and after treatment showed no significant difference ( P>0 .05 ) .Conclusion The detection of ANA is of important significance for the diagnosis and treatment of children with SLE .Further studies are needed to judge whether the changes of ANA fluorescence model expression before and after treatment can indicate the state of the disease and treatment effect.
