目的：观察中西医结合治疗亚急性湿疹的临床疗效。方法将122例亚急性湿疹患者随机分为2组。对照组60例予盐酸西替利嗪片口服、复地霜皮损处涂抹，治疗组62例在对照组治疗基础上加湿疹2号方口服。2组均4周为1个疗程，1个疗程后观察疗效，治疗后2个月随访，观察复发率。结果治疗组痊愈率77．4％，总有效率96．8％，对照组痊愈率53．3％，总有效率83．3％，2组痊愈率、总有效率比较差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0．05），治疗组疗效优于对照组。治疗组复发率10．42％，对照组复发率37．50％，治疗组复发率低于对照组（P＜0．05），治疗组远期疗效优于对照组。结论湿疹2号方治疗亚急性湿疹疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional and western medicine on suba -cute eczema .Methods 122 case of subacute eczema were randomly divided into two groups .60 patients in control group were treated by oral administration of cetirizine hydrochloride tablets and daub in skin lesions with Dexametha -sone Ointment.62 patients in treatment group received oral administration of the prescription 2 for eczema on the basis of control group treatment .The course was four weeks in two groups .The therapeutic effect was observed after a course.The recurrence rate was calculated follow -up after 2 months of treatment .Results The cure rate and total effective rate was 77.4%and 96.8%in treatment group and 53.3%and 83.3%in control group.There was signifi-cant difference between two groups on the cure rate and total effective rate (P<0.05).The recurrence rate in treat-ment group (10.42%) was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).The long term effect in treatment group was superior to that in control group .Conclusion The prescription 2 for eczema is an effective prescription on the treat-ment of subacute eczema .
