信号的功率放大是电子通信系统的关键功能之一,其实现模块称为功率放大器。功放的输出信号相对于输入信号可能产生非线性变形,这将带来无益的干扰信号,影响信息的正确传递和接收,此现象称为非线性失真。功放非线性属于有源电子器件的固有特性,研究其机理并采取措施改善,具有重要意义。目前已提出了各种技术来克服改善功放的非线性失真,其中预失真技术是被研究和应用较多的一项新技术,该文通过拟合功放特性改进预失真模型,并使用NMSE和EVM指标评价补偿模型的准确度,实现优化的目的。

Power amplifying of signal is one of the key functions of the electronic communication system, its implementation module known as a power amplifier. Amplifier output signal relative to the input signal may generate nonlinear distortion, it would lead to interference signals, affecting the information sent and received correctly. This phenomenon is known as nonlinear distortion. Power amplifier nonlinear is the inherent characteristics of active electronic devices. Studying into its mechanisms and measures and making improvement, is of great significance. There has a variety of techniques to overcome improving power am-plifier nonlinear distortion, predistortion techniques are being studied and a new technique is widely used, this paper fit character-istics improvement of power amplifier predistortion model and uses the NMSE and evaluation accuracy of a compensation model for EVM, realize the goal of optimization.
