Introduction was made to that the high voltage electrical apparatus large-sized aluminum cylinder was produced by using V method casting technology , melting in medium frequency induction oven plus fining oven and adopting bottom pouring open type double pouring path pouring system. Analysis was made to the impacts of different technological parameters on casting aluminum cylinder. Batch production test verification has passed, which provides technical support for using V method to cast aluminum cylin-der in the future.
