随着社会环境变化和高等教育改革，当代大学生权益意识逐步增强，但现存法律法规的不完善和大学生维护自身合法权益的现实条件不成熟，使很多大学生权益受到侵害而得不到切实保护。通过对云南省7所高校大学生权益受侵害的现状调查，发现大学生权益诉求机制不健全、维权成本较高是云南省大学生权益受到侵害而得不到保护的主要原因。因此，维护大学生合法权益不仅需要完善法律法规，而且需要完善大学生权益诉求机制，建立大学生权益维护协会，降低大学生维权成本。

With the changes of social environment and the reform of higher education, the contemporary college students' awareness of rights is strengthened gradually. However, the existing laws and regulations are not perfect, and the conditions of legitimate rights protection and is not ripe, which lead to the infringement of college student's rights. In this paper, with the investigation of the current situation of legal rights infringement among college students in Yunnan province, we found that the major reasons of legal rights infringement were imperfect lawsuit mechanism and high cost. Therefore, to safeguard the legal rights of college students, laws, regulations, and lawsuit mechanism should be improved. Feasible college student rights protection association should be established and cost should be reduced.
