目的:探讨心房颤动合并心功能不全的患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy )水平变化及临床意义。方法选择113例持续性心房颤动患者作为试验组,同时选择114例窦性心律患者作为对照组,比较2组患者血清Hcy水平,并根据患者心功能情况分成不同的亚组,比较不同亚组间 Hcy水平。结果与对照组比较,房颤组Hcy 水平明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组中,Hcy水平均随着心功能分级升高而上升,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05),而相同心功能亚组中,Hcy 水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论H cy水平的升高促进心房颤动的发生,且与心房颤动患者心功能分级的严重程度相关。

목적:탐토심방전동합병심공능불전적환자혈청동형반광안산(Hcy )수평변화급림상의의。방법선택113례지속성심방전동환자작위시험조,동시선택114례두성심률환자작위대조조,비교2조환자혈청Hcy수평,병근거환자심공능정황분성불동적아조,비교불동아조간 Hcy수평。결과여대조조비교,방전조Hcy 수평명현승고,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05);2조중,Hcy수평균수착심공능분급승고이상승,차이유통계학의의( P<0.05),이상동심공능아조중,Hcy 수평명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론H cy수평적승고촉진심방전동적발생,차여심방전동환자심공능분급적엄중정도상관。
Objective To investigate the level changes and clinical value of serum homocysteine (Hcy) in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) and chronic heart failure(CHF) .Methods One hundred and thirteen patients with persistent AF were chosen as the observation group ,114 patients with sinus rhythm were chosen as the con-trol .The levels of Hcy of the two groups were compared .Hcy levels were also compared in the different sub-groups divided according to the cardiac function .Results Compared with the control group ,the levels of Hcy in the observation group significantly increased (P<0 .05) .There were statistically significant difference between the levels of Hcy in two groups (P<0 .05);In both of the two groups ,the levels of Hcy increased with the in-crease of severity of cardiac function ,there were significant difference between them (P<0 .05) .In the same cardi-ac function subgroup ,the levels of Hcy in the observation group were higher than that in the control group ,there were statistically difference(P<0 .01) .Conclusion The elevation of the level of Hcy may promote the occurrence of AF and it was related with the severity of cardiac function.
