目的：研究小剂量米非司酮联合中药治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法采用回顾性分析的方法，收集60例有临床症状的围绝经期子宫肌瘤患者，知情同意后口服米非司酮（12．5 mg/d）联合中药治疗，3个月为1个疗程。观察比较治疗前后子宫肌瘤体积、子宫内膜厚度、雌激素、孕激素、血常规、肝肾功能的改变情况。结果60例接受治疗的患者在1个月后均闭经。3个月后测量子宫肌瘤体积缩小，子宫内膜厚度明显变薄，雌激素、孕激素减少，血红蛋白恢复正常，差异均有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。肝肾功能无损害。结论小剂量米非司酮联合中药治疗围绝经期子宫肌瘤疗效明确，临床不良反应小，值得临床推广应用。
목적：연구소제량미비사동연합중약치료위절경기자궁기류적림상료효。방법채용회고성분석적방법，수집60례유림상증상적위절경기자궁기류환자，지정동의후구복미비사동（12．5 mg/d）연합중약치료，3개월위1개료정。관찰비교치료전후자궁기류체적、자궁내막후도、자격소、잉격소、혈상규、간신공능적개변정황。결과60례접수치료적환자재1개월후균폐경。3개월후측양자궁기류체적축소，자궁내막후도명현변박，자격소、잉격소감소，혈홍단백회복정상，차이균유통계학의의（ P＜0.05）。간신공능무손해。결론소제량미비사동연합중약치료위절경기자궁기류료효명학，림상불량반응소，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of low-dose mifepristone combined with tradi-tional Chinese medicine for the treatment of perimenopausal uterine leiomyoma .Methods Sixty patients with uter-ine leiomyoma in perimenopausal period were treated by oral administration of mifepristone (12 .5 mg/d) combined with traditional Chinese medicine .Through a treatment course of 3 months ,uterine myoma volume ,endometrial thickness ,estrogen (E2 ) ,progesterone (P) ,blood routine and functional changes of liver and kidney before and after medication were observed .Results Sixty cases ,who received treatment ,were of amenorrhea in a month .U-terine myoma volume were narrowed ,endometrial thickness reduced ,the hormone levels of estrogen and proges-terone decreased and the level of hemoglobin returned to normal .There were significant differences before and af-ter medication by a retrospective analysis(P<0 .05) .The function of liver and kidney did not change .Conclusion Low-dose mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine can effectively treat the patients with perim-enopausal uterine leiomyoma .There are few adverse reactions ,and it is worthy of clinical application.
