目的：了解上海市社区卫生服务机构的中医药服务能力，为今后社区中医药服务的发展提供建议。方法：采用定性和定量相结合的方式，通过收集上海市8家全国中医药特色社区卫生服务示范区、33家社区中医药服务示范点、160家中医药服务达标点相关定量资料，并抽取了5家社区卫生服务中心开展定性访谈，对社区中医服务能力进行分析。结果：上海达标建设前后的社区卫生服务中心从服务数量、中医家床数量、服务内容和形式上均有提升。结论：上海市中医药社区中医服务能力总体较好，但与国家的要求还有一定的差距。
목적：료해상해시사구위생복무궤구적중의약복무능력，위금후사구중의약복무적발전제공건의。방법：채용정성화정량상결합적방식，통과수집상해시8가전국중의약특색사구위생복무시범구、33가사구중의약복무시범점、160가중의약복무체표점상관정량자료，병추취료5가사구위생복무중심개전정성방담，대사구중의복무능력진행분석。결과：상해체표건설전후적사구위생복무중심종복무수량、중의가상수량、복무내용화형식상균유제승。결론：상해시중의약사구중의복무능력총체교호，단여국가적요구환유일정적차거。
Objective:To learn the service capacity of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) of the community health service centers in Shanghai to provide suggestions for the future development of TCM services in the community. Methods:By adopting the combination of qualitative and quantitative ways, the community TCM service capabilities were analyzed through collecting the qualitative data from 8 national TCM characteristic community health service demonstrative districts, 33 TCM demonstrative community health service centers, and 160 TCM community services demonstrative stations in Shanghai, and the qualitative interviews were held in the ifve community health service centers extracted. Results:Before and after the construction of the community health centers in Shanghai, the number of services and home beds, service contents and forms were all improved. Conclusion:The service capacity of traditional Chinese medicine in the community health centers is general better. But there is a gap compared with the country’s capacity requirements.
