朱集西煤矿中央矸石运输机巷小角度揭11-2煤层,揭煤长度达80 m左右。为了解决在揭煤工作面迎头施工突出危险性预测钻孔和预抽消突钻孔效果不理想这一问题,采用在揭煤区域煤层底板施工瓦斯抽采导巷对揭煤区域进行突出危险性预测和区域消突。实施消突措施后,残余瓦斯压力、残余瓦斯含量均远低于突出临界值,预抽钻孔工程量减少40%,揭煤时间大大缩短。

The exposing coal uncovering technique will be applied in a small angle at main roadway in Zhujixi Coal Mine and the length of coal uncovering is about 80 m.It is difficult to drill in the head working face and the gas pre -drainage technique does not work ef-fectively .In order to solve these problems ,the outburst danger prediction technique and regional outburst elimination technique were ap -plied in the gas drainage roadway of floor .After carrying out these techniques ,the residue gas pressure and gas content are both below the outburst index .The pre-drainage drilling work reduces in 40%and the cross-cut coal uncovering time was advanced .
