江浙地区作为我国经济发达地区，环境问题日趋恶化。而电子垃圾，作为一个新成员即将成为污染环境的主力军，电子垃圾中含有大量有毒有害物质，随意丢弃或掩埋会对环境和人体健康造成严重危害。文章主要从宁波市的企业、市民和政府的角度了解电子垃圾问题的现状，分析整个社会在该问题上的责任和义务，并提出解决电子垃圾问题的对策和建议。

as the most developed region ,the environment of the yangtze delta region had been get ing worse.electronic garbage had become the main force of environmental pol ution. They contain a lot of poisonous and harmful substances. discarded or buried can cause serious harm to the environment and human health. the article analyzed the problem of recycling and treatment of electronic garbage from three parts,the enterprise,the citizen and the government ,point out the responsibilities and obligations of the whole society,put forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve problem of electronic garbage.
