目的：观察小儿定喘口服液佐治儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘（CVA）的临床疗效。方法120例CVA患儿随机分为两组，对照组给予西药口服治疗，治疗组在此基础上联合小儿定喘口服液，治疗2周后统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.33%，痊愈率71.67%，对照组总有效率91.67%，痊愈率51.67%。两组哮喘痊愈率差异有统计意义(P＜0.05)。结论小儿定喘口服液对CVA具有宣肺止咳的功效，中西医结合治疗比单用西药治疗CVA临床疗效更好。
목적：관찰소인정천구복액좌치인동해수변이성효천（CVA）적림상료효。방법120례CVA환인수궤분위량조，대조조급여서약구복치료，치료조재차기출상연합소인정천구복액，치료2주후통계료효。결과치료조총유효솔93.33%，전유솔71.67%，대조조총유효솔91.67%，전유솔51.67%。량조효천전유솔차이유통계의의(P＜0.05)。결론소인정천구복액대CVA구유선폐지해적공효，중서의결합치료비단용서약치료CVA림상료효경호。
Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of Xiao Er Ding Chuan Kou Fu Ye(XEDC)treating children with cough variant asthma(CVA). Methods 120 children with CVA were divided into two groups randomly, 60 children in control group were administrated with normal western medicine, and 60 children in treated group were dosed with XEDC and western medicine. Evaluate the clinical curative effect after two weeks. Results In the treatment group, the effective rate is 93.33%and the cure rate is 71.67%;for control group, the effective rate and cure rate was 91.67%and 51.67%respectively. There was significant differences in cure rate between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion XEDC was effective for alleviating cough and wheezing, combination therapy showed better effects on CVA than normal western medicine treatment lonely.
