目的:探讨超声波快速石蜡切片技术在乳腺肿瘤术中快速病理诊断中的价值。方法回顾性分析采用超声波快速石蜡切片技术完成的103例女性乳腺肿瘤的术中快速病理诊断结果,并与后续常规石蜡切片结果进行比较。结果超声波快速石蜡切片能基本保持组织原有形态,色彩对比鲜明,切片质量接近常规石蜡切片。103例中明确诊断为乳腺良性肿瘤的13例(12.62%),恶性肿瘤88例(85.43%),延时诊断2例(1.94%),诊断准确率为98.05%,与常规石蜡切片诊断结果完全相符,未发生误诊。结论超声波快速石蜡切片设备投入小,易操作,制片效果良好,在条件较差的基层医院可替代冷冻切片,能满足临床医生和患者对术中快速病理诊断的需求。

목적:탐토초성파쾌속석사절편기술재유선종류술중쾌속병리진단중적개치。방법회고성분석채용초성파쾌속석사절편기술완성적103례녀성유선종류적술중쾌속병리진단결과,병여후속상규석사절편결과진행비교。결과초성파쾌속석사절편능기본보지조직원유형태,색채대비선명,절편질량접근상규석사절편。103례중명학진단위유선량성종류적13례(12.62%),악성종류88례(85.43%),연시진단2례(1.94%),진단준학솔위98.05%,여상규석사절편진단결과완전상부,미발생오진。결론초성파쾌속석사절편설비투입소,역조작,제편효과량호,재조건교차적기층의원가체대냉동절편,능만족림상의생화환자대술중쾌속병리진단적수구。
Objective To investigate the value of ultrasonic rapid paraffin sections in intraoperative pathological diagnosis of beast tumor. Methods The results of intraoperative rapid diagnosis of the 103 cases of femal breast tumors performed using the ultrasonic rapid paraffin section technology were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the results of subsequent routine paraffin section. Results The ultra-sonic rapid paraffin section maintained basically the original organization form, colour contrast, slicing quality close to the conventional paraffin section. Of 103 cases, breast benign tumor were diagnosed in 13 cases (12.62%), malignant tumor in 88 cases (85.43%), and delayed diagnosis in 2 cases (1.94%). Diagnostic accuracy was 98.05%, compared with conventional paraffin diagnosis entirely consistent, no misdiagnosis. Conclusion Ultrasonic rapid paraffin section of a small investment of equipment, easy operation and good slicing effect, in conditions of poor basic-level hospitals may replace frozen sections, satisfy the clinical doctors and patients demand for intraoperative rapid pathological diagnosis.
