目的 探讨精神障碍合并骨折患者的围手术期护理要点.方法 对28例精神障碍合并骨折患者的围手术期护理过程及临床资料进行回顾性分析和总结.结果 28例骨折患者经手术成功治愈,未出现相关并发症,其中2例患者出现精神障碍症状的复发或加重,经调整药物治疗后缓解.结论 精心的术前准备、术后护理,是确保获得良好手术治疗效果的重要基础,强化心理护理和安全护理,能更好地提高精神障碍合并骨折患者的康复能力.

목적 탐토정신장애합병골절환자적위수술기호리요점.방법 대28례정신장애합병골절환자적위수술기호리과정급림상자료진행회고성분석화총결.결과 28례골절환자경수술성공치유,미출현상관병발증,기중2례환자출현정신장애증상적복발혹가중,경조정약물치료후완해.결론 정심적술전준비、술후호리,시학보획득량호수술치료효과적중요기출,강화심리호리화안전호리,능경호지제고정신장애합병골절환자적강복능력.
Objective To explore perioperative nursing care points for patients with mental disorders combined fracture.Methods Perioperative care process of 28 patients with mental disorders combined fracture and the clinical data were analyzed and summarized retrospectively.Results All the patients with fracture were successfully operated without related complications,2 patients with mental disorder symptoms appeared recurrence or aggravated,but they were relieved after medical treatment by adjustment drugs.Conclusions Carefully preoperative preparation,postoperatively nursing are sure to get good effect on the surgical treatment of the important foundation.Strengthening psychological care and safe nursing are also better to improve patients with mental disorders combined fracture rehabilitation ability.
