目的:探讨脑膜瘤影像表现的综合特征,以提高诊断的正确率,为临床手术方案的确定提供可靠的依据。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的脑膜瘤(100例)的CT、MRI资料。结果(1)肿瘤信号或密度:T1信号不均15例(15.0%),T2信号不均19例(19.0%),信号均匀66例(66.0%),CT密度不均38例(38.0%);(2)肿瘤边缘:规整68例(68.0%),毛糙、不规则、分叶、有壁结节32例(32.0%);(3)硬膜尾征:90例(90.0%);(4)颅骨受侵:12例;(5)瘤内钙化:19例(19%);(6)瘤周水肿:34例(34%);(7)肿瘤多发:6例;(8)颅内转移或术后复发:3例;(9)增强表现:不同程度明显强化;(10)梗阻性脑积水10例。结论脑膜瘤的影像表现具备一定的特征,定性诊断需要综合分析影像表现与临床资料。
目的:探討腦膜瘤影像錶現的綜閤特徵,以提高診斷的正確率,為臨床手術方案的確定提供可靠的依據。方法迴顧性分析經手術病理證實的腦膜瘤(100例)的CT、MRI資料。結果(1)腫瘤信號或密度:T1信號不均15例(15.0%),T2信號不均19例(19.0%),信號均勻66例(66.0%),CT密度不均38例(38.0%);(2)腫瘤邊緣:規整68例(68.0%),毛糙、不規則、分葉、有壁結節32例(32.0%);(3)硬膜尾徵:90例(90.0%);(4)顱骨受侵:12例;(5)瘤內鈣化:19例(19%);(6)瘤週水腫:34例(34%);(7)腫瘤多髮:6例;(8)顱內轉移或術後複髮:3例;(9)增彊錶現:不同程度明顯彊化;(10)梗阻性腦積水10例。結論腦膜瘤的影像錶現具備一定的特徵,定性診斷需要綜閤分析影像錶現與臨床資料。

Objective To explore the imaging performance of the integrated features of meningioma, in order to improve the diagnostic accuracy for clinical surgery to determine the program provide a reliable basis. Methods Retrospective analysis of surgical pathology in recent years by our hospital confirmed the meningioma (100 cases) of CT, MRI data.Results (1) Tumor signal or density:T 1 signal uneven seven cases (15.0%), T 2 signal inequality in 19 cases (19.0%), the signal even 66 cases (66.0%), CT density is uneven in 9 cases (38%);(2) Tumor edge:regular 68 cases (68.0%), coarse, irregular, lobulated, with mural nodules in 32 cases (32.0%);(3) Dural tail sign:90 cases (90.0%);(4) Skull invasion:12 cases;(5) Calcification within the tumor:in 19 cases (19%);(6) Of peritumoral edema:34 patients (34.0%);(7) Multiple tumors:six cases;(8) Brain metastases or recurrence:3 case;(9) To enhance the performance of the different degrees of enhancement;(10) With obstructive hydrocephalus in 10 cases.Conclusion Meningioma with a certain characteristic imaging findings, diagnosis requires a comprehensive analysis of imaging findings and clinical data.
