目的：探讨江西省健康体检机构的优化管理模式，使其获得健康、有序的发展。方法通过了解江西省健康体检中心的现状，分析其存在的问题并提出有效的解决对策。结果存在问题包括：人员配备达不到要求、缺乏专用体检诊室，仪器设备不合格、体检项目和收费不规范、健康体检信息系统未建立、缺乏系统、全面的检后服务等。相应的解决对策有：加强培训体检医师、实行医检分离、强化管理体检仪器设备、统一规范健康体检基本项目、建立健康体检信息化系统、完善体检后续流程。结论只有充分认识到健康体检机构的现状，并针对所存在的问题提出相应的解决对策，才能使健康体检机构获得健康、有序的发展。

Objective To explore the optimal management mode of health examination institutions in Jiangxi province of China, ensure a healthy, orderly development.Methods By ivestigating the status of physical examination center of Jiangxi Province, we analyze the existing problems and puts forward effective countermeasures were analyzed.Results There were many problems, such as : Staffing is not up to the requirements;no special medical consulting room;equipment failure;Physical examination project and the charges are not standardized;Health examination information system has not been established;Lack of systematic, comprehensive medical service, and so on. The corresponding solutions are, strengthening training for medical practitioner, doctors and medical practitioner separation, strengthening the management of medical equipment, unifying the basic examination project, establishment of health examination information system, improving the examination process. Conclusion Only by fully understanding the status of health institutions, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures in view of the existing problems, in order to make the healthy physical examination institutions to obtain health, orderly development.
