进入网络时代以来，学习者在个人学习中所面临的问题日益凸显。笔者通过分析和总结，首先介绍了网络时代的个人学习所面临的一些主要问题，其次介绍了个人知识管理概念及其在个人学习中的作用，最后在总结笔者个人知识管理的经验和框架的基础上，得出了解决解决网络时代学习困境的知识管理模型。
進入網絡時代以來，學習者在箇人學習中所麵臨的問題日益凸顯。筆者通過分析和總結，首先介紹瞭網絡時代的箇人學習所麵臨的一些主要問題，其次介紹瞭箇人知識管理概唸及其在箇人學習中的作用，最後在總結筆者箇人知識管理的經驗和框架的基礎上，得齣瞭解決解決網絡時代學習睏境的知識管理模型。
진입망락시대이래，학습자재개인학습중소면림적문제일익철현。필자통과분석화총결，수선개소료망락시대적개인학습소면림적일사주요문제，기차개소료개인지식관리개념급기재개인학습중적작용，최후재총결필자개인지식관리적경험화광가적기출상，득출료해결해결망락시대학습곤경적지식관리모형。
Into the network era, the issues faced by learners in personal learning are increasingly prominent. By analyzing and summarizing, first introduced some of the major problems faced by individual learning network era, followed by the in-troduction of the concept of personal knowledge management and its role in personal study, and finally on the basis of sum-marizing the author's personal experience and knowledge management framework, come to a solution to solve the dilemma of learning knowledge management model in the Internet age.
