目的：探讨同步放化疗联合槐耳颗粒治疗局部晚期直肠癌的疗效及减少放化疗的毒副反应情况。方法：将56例局部晚期直肠癌随机分为治疗组和对照组各28例，所有患者均接受同步放化疗，治疗组在放化疗的同时服用槐耳颗粒，从放化疗开始连续用至治疗结束，对照组只行放化疗，治疗完成后评价疗效和毒副反应。结果：治疗组总有效率（CR + PR）为85.7%，完全缓解率（CR）为35.7%；对照组总有效率（CR + PR）为67.9%，完全缓解率（CR）为28.6%，两组间总有效率差异无统计学意义（P ﹥0.05）。放疗相关毒副反应主要为肛门不适及消化道症状。对照组肛门不适、大便带血、恶心及呕吐、腹痛、腹泻发生率明显高于治疗组（P ﹤0.05）。治疗组大于2级的放射性直肠炎、放射性膀胱炎及骨髓抑制等毒副反应总发生率为14.3%，远低于对照组的39.3%，两组间差异有统计学意义（P ﹤0.05）。结论：槐耳颗粒同步联合放化疗有提高直肠癌近期疗效趋势，可明显减轻放化疗所致的毒副反应。
목적：탐토동보방화료연합괴이과립치료국부만기직장암적료효급감소방화료적독부반응정황。방법：장56례국부만기직장암수궤분위치료조화대조조각28례，소유환자균접수동보방화료，치료조재방화료적동시복용괴이과립，종방화료개시련속용지치료결속，대조조지행방화료，치료완성후평개료효화독부반응。결과：치료조총유효솔（CR + PR）위85.7%，완전완해솔（CR）위35.7%；대조조총유효솔（CR + PR）위67.9%，완전완해솔（CR）위28.6%，량조간총유효솔차이무통계학의의（P ﹥0.05）。방료상관독부반응주요위항문불괄급소화도증상。대조조항문불괄、대편대혈、악심급구토、복통、복사발생솔명현고우치료조（P ﹤0.05）。치료조대우2급적방사성직장염、방사성방광염급골수억제등독부반응총발생솔위14.3%，원저우대조조적39.3%，량조간차이유통계학의의（P ﹤0.05）。결론：괴이과립동보연합방화료유제고직장암근기료효추세，가명현감경방화료소치적독부반응。
Objective:To analyze the efficacy and the toxicity of concurrent radiochemotheraPy combined with hua-ier granule in treatment of rectal cancer Patients. Methods:A total of 56 cases of rectal cancer were treated by concur-rent radiochemotheraPy. The total dose was(64 - 66)Gy/(32 - 33)f,1. 8 - 2. 0Gy/ d of rectal cancer Patients. Two grouPs were given the same radioactive dosages and methods. But the treatment grouP was treated by concurrent radio-chemotheraPy with huaier granule. Results:The total effective rate(CR + PR)of Patients in the treatment grouP was suPerior to that Patients in the concurrent radiochemotheraPy alone(85. 7% vs 67. 9% ,P ﹥ 0. 05). The comPlete re-mission rate was also much higher in the treatment grouP than the control grouP(35. 7% vs 28. 6% ). Anal discom-fort,blood in stool,nausea and vomiting,stomachache and diarrhea were much higher in the control than the treatment grouP(P ﹤ 0. 05). Also the total incidence rate of more than Ⅱ levels of radiation Proctitis,radiation cystitis and bone marrow suPPression toxicity were much higher in the control grouP than the treatment grouP(39. 3% vs 14. 3% ,P ﹤0. 05). Conclusion:euaier granule can imProve the short - term curative effect of concurrent radiochemotheraPy of rectum cancer,and can significantly decreased side effect of concurrent radiochemotheraPy.
