目的:探讨D-二聚体(DD)含量测定在脑出血患者中的临床应用。方法选取收治的82例脑出血患者作为观察组,于入院时、伤后第4天和伤后第8天分别进行D-二聚体定量的检测,同期80例正常健康体检者作为对照组,比较两组检测结果的差异。结果观察组患者入院时DD水平为(0.713±0.023)μg/mL,显著高于对照组正常健康体检者的(0.215±0.031)μg/mL(P<0.05),此后逐渐下降,伤后第8 d为(0.420±0.013)μg/mL,较入院时下降明显(P<0.05)。结论脑出血患者发病早期伴有纤溶功能指标的显著变化,检测D-二聚体对评估脑出血伤情意义重大,值得临床广泛推广使用。

목적:탐토D-이취체(DD)함량측정재뇌출혈환자중적림상응용。방법선취수치적82례뇌출혈환자작위관찰조,우입원시、상후제4천화상후제8천분별진행D-이취체정량적검측,동기80례정상건강체검자작위대조조,비교량조검측결과적차이。결과관찰조환자입원시DD수평위(0.713±0.023)μg/mL,현저고우대조조정상건강체검자적(0.215±0.031)μg/mL(P<0.05),차후축점하강,상후제8 d위(0.420±0.013)μg/mL,교입원시하강명현(P<0.05)。결론뇌출혈환자발병조기반유섬용공능지표적현저변화,검측D-이취체대평고뇌출혈상정의의중대,치득림상엄범추엄사용。
Objective To investigate the clinical application of D-dimer (DD) assay detection in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 82 cases of cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were as the observation group. Quantitative D-dimer testing was conducted at the time of admission,the first four days after injury and eight days after injury. Over the same period 80 cases of normal healthy individuals were as the control group. The test results of two groups were compared. Results The DD levels of observation group were( 0.713±0.023)μg/mL, which were significantly higher than( 0.215±0.031)μg/mL of control group(P<0.05).The DD levels of observation group were significantly increased, then decreased gradually.DD levels of first eight days after injury were(0.420±0.013)μg/mL, which were significantly lower than admission(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with cerebral hemorrhage have early indicators of fibrinolysis changes. D-dimer testing for assessing cerebral hemorrhage injury is significant. It’s worthy of clinical widely used.
