目的：观察帕瑞昔布在人工流产术麻醉中的应用效果。方法100例行人工流产术的患者随机分为两组：帕瑞昔布组和单纯丙泊酚组。帕瑞昔布组患者给予帕瑞昔布+丙泊酚，单纯丙泊酚组患者仅给予丙泊酚。记录两组患者的血压、心率、脉搏血氧饱和度，记录两组患者清醒后的视觉模拟评分(VAS评分)，记录两组患者丙泊酚总用量和发生体动情况。结果帕瑞昔布组手术开始后3 min和术毕清醒时的MAP、HR均低于单纯丙泊酚组（P<0.05）。帕瑞昔布组患者术后各时间点的VAS评分均比单纯丙泊酚组患者的低（P<0.05）。帕瑞昔布组丙泊酚用量和发生体动的患者明显少于单纯丙泊酚组（P<0.05）。结论帕瑞昔布用于人工流产术的麻醉，效果好，并减少丙泊酚用量。
목적：관찰파서석포재인공유산술마취중적응용효과。방법100례행인공유산술적환자수궤분위량조：파서석포조화단순병박분조。파서석포조환자급여파서석포+병박분，단순병박분조환자부급여병박분。기록량조환자적혈압、심솔、맥박혈양포화도，기록량조환자청성후적시각모의평분(VAS평분)，기록량조환자병박분총용량화발생체동정황。결과파서석포조수술개시후3 min화술필청성시적MAP、HR균저우단순병박분조（P<0.05）。파서석포조환자술후각시간점적VAS평분균비단순병박분조환자적저（P<0.05）。파서석포조병박분용량화발생체동적환자명현소우단순병박분조（P<0.05）。결론파서석포용우인공유산술적마취，효과호，병감소병박분용량。
Objective To observe the effect of parecoxib on anesthesia for artificial abortion operation.Methods One hundred patients underwent artificial abortion operation were divided into two groups randomly:parecoxib group and only propofol group.The patients in the parecoxib group were administrated with parecoxib and propofol. The patients in the propofol group were administrated with only propofol.The MAP,HR, SpO 2 of the patients in both groups were recorded. The VAS score of after recovery were recorded in both groups.The dosage of propofol and the incidence of limbs movement were recorded in both groups.Results The MAP,HR of 3 min After the start of the operation and after recovery in parecoxib group were lower than those in only propofol group(P<0.05). The VAS score of after recovery in parecoxib group were lower than those in only propofol group(P<0.05).The dosage of propofol and the incidence of limbs movement were less than those in only propofol group(P<0.05). Conclusion Parecoxib is effective for the anesthesia of artificial abortion operation and it can decrease the dosage of propofol.
