为了有效解决连锁经营管理专业毕业生离职率高和连锁零售企业人才缺乏的问题,项目组以专业文化建设为平台,以期通过与连锁企业共建包括专业理念识别、视觉识别、听觉识别、行为识别的专业识别系统,提高本专业学生的专业认同感、突出专业技能、缩小专业培养目标与企业需求规格的距离。

In order to effectively solve the problems that the turnover rate of graduates from chain management major is high and talents of chain retail enterprises are lack, the project team, taking the specialty culture construction as the platform, hopes to co-establish a professional recognition system with enterprises including professional concept recognition, visual recognition, auditory recognition and behavior recognition, so as to improve students' professional identity, highlight professional skills and shorten the gap between profes-sional training objective and enterprise requirements.
