目的：探讨胃癌患者的心理状况及相应的护理对策。方法：对2011年1月～2013年1月间我院收治的65例胃癌患者的心理状况进行调查和分析，针对心理问题提出相应的护理干预措施。结果：胃癌患者先后经历四个心理状态，分别为否认心理、企求心理、再度情绪低落或绝望、接受心理；通过采取有针对性的干预措施，患者的焦虑自评量表（ SAS ）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分明显改善，前后差异具有统计学意义（p＜0．05）。结论：针对患者不同的心理状态进行有针对性的干预措施，可明显改善患者的心理状态，帮助其以良好的心态接受和战胜疾病，值得临床推广。
목적：탐토위암환자적심리상황급상응적호리대책。방법：대2011년1월～2013년1월간아원수치적65례위암환자적심리상황진행조사화분석，침대심리문제제출상응적호리간예조시。결과：위암환자선후경력사개심리상태，분별위부인심리、기구심리、재도정서저락혹절망、접수심리；통과채취유침대성적간예조시，환자적초필자평량표（ SAS ）화억욱자평량표（SDS）평분명현개선，전후차이구유통계학의의（p＜0．05）。결론：침대환자불동적심리상태진행유침대성적간예조시，가명현개선환자적심리상태，방조기이량호적심태접수화전성질병，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To observe the psychological status of gastric cancer patients and nursing countermeasures.Methods:65 cases of gastric cancer patients in our hospital from Jan 2011 to Jan 2013 were selected and analyzed.The homologous nursing inter-vention measures were putted forward.Results:All the patients underwent four mental state successively as:denied psychology, seek psychology, depression or despair again and reception psychology.Through targeted interventions, the SAS and SDS scores were sig-nificantly improved (p<0.05).Conclusion:According to the different psychological states of the patients for targeted intervention, could significantly improve the psychological status of the patients, help them to accept and conquer disease.It should be worth for generalization.
