目的:探讨磁共振扩散加权成像( DWI)、磁共振血管成像( MRA)在超早期脑梗死中的价值。方法:对经临床和影像学诊断54例超早期脑梗死患者,行常规磁共振( MRI)、液体衰减反转恢复序列( FLAIR)、DWI、MRA多种技术显示病变的信号特征。结果:FLAIR及DWI阳性率分别为46.3%和100%。 MRA显示靶血管正常5例,动脉硬化40例,狭窄28例,闭塞10例。结论:DWI用于脑梗死的超早期诊断较敏感,MRA对颅内大血管及其部分分支的狭窄或闭塞情况均能很好地显示,为超早期脑梗死早期溶栓治疗提供切实可行的影像学依据。

목적:탐토자공진확산가권성상( DWI)、자공진혈관성상( MRA)재초조기뇌경사중적개치。방법:대경림상화영상학진단54례초조기뇌경사환자,행상규자공진( MRI)、액체쇠감반전회복서렬( FLAIR)、DWI、MRA다충기술현시병변적신호특정。결과:FLAIR급DWI양성솔분별위46.3%화100%。 MRA현시파혈관정상5례,동맥경화40례,협착28례,폐새10례。결론:DWI용우뇌경사적초조기진단교민감,MRA대로내대혈관급기부분분지적협착혹폐새정황균능흔호지현시,위초조기뇌경사조기용전치료제공절실가행적영상학의거。
Objective:To discuss the diagnostic value of diffusion -weighted imagining ( DWI ) and magnetic resonance angiography ( MRA) in acute cerebral infarction .Methods:Forty patients who were finally diagnosed as acute cerebral infaction were selected .All of them received the conventional MRI ,FLAIR,DWI and MRA examinations ,to reveal the signal feature of the lesion .Results:The positive rate of the acute lesion were 46.3%、100%, respectively in FLAIR、DWI.Clear vascular images were obtained by MRA examination which showed normality in 5 cases and atherosclerosis in 40 cases and arterial occlusion in 28 cases and arteriostenosis in 10 cases.Conclusion:DWI has a highly sensitivity to cerebral infarction in hyperacute and acute stages .MRA can well display the stenosis or occlusion in in-tracranial great vessels and part of the branches .DWI combined with MRA would provide feasible imaging basis for acute cerebral infarc -tion to early thrombolysis therapy .
