目的:通过BIS监测维持一定麻醉深度,比较舒芬太尼与芬太尼在脑血管病介入治疗中的应用效果。方法:60例脑血管病介入治疗患者随机分为舒芬太尼组( A组)及对照组芬太尼( B组)各30例,A组采用舒芬太尼麻醉,B组芬太尼麻醉诱导后插管。通过调整七氟醚吸入量将BIS维持在50~60间观察2组学流动力学拔管时间及并发症。结果:插入和拔管前A、B 2组的MAP、HR无明显变(P>0.05),拔管后B组的MAP、HR波动变化明显(P>0.05),插管拔管后B组的MAP、HR波动变化明显,有5人出现呛咳体动,2组比较有显著差异(P<0.05);A组患者拔管时无人呛咳体动;2组术毕清醒时间B组延长。结论:和芬太尼相比,舒芬太尼均能有效抑制插管拔管时应激反应,同时舒芬太尼更有利于血流动力学稳定。
目的:通過BIS鑑測維持一定痳醉深度,比較舒芬太尼與芬太尼在腦血管病介入治療中的應用效果。方法:60例腦血管病介入治療患者隨機分為舒芬太尼組( A組)及對照組芬太尼( B組)各30例,A組採用舒芬太尼痳醉,B組芬太尼痳醉誘導後插管。通過調整七氟醚吸入量將BIS維持在50~60間觀察2組學流動力學拔管時間及併髮癥。結果:插入和拔管前A、B 2組的MAP、HR無明顯變(P>0.05),拔管後B組的MAP、HR波動變化明顯(P>0.05),插管拔管後B組的MAP、HR波動變化明顯,有5人齣現嗆咳體動,2組比較有顯著差異(P<0.05);A組患者拔管時無人嗆咳體動;2組術畢清醒時間B組延長。結論:和芬太尼相比,舒芬太尼均能有效抑製插管拔管時應激反應,同時舒芬太尼更有利于血流動力學穩定。

Objective:To compare sufentanil and fentanyl application effect of interventional treatment in cerebrovascular disease main -taining anesthesia depth by the BIS monitoring .Methods:60 cases of cerebrovascular disease with interventional therapy were randomly di -vided into sufentanil group fentanyl (group A) and control group (group B), 30 cases with sufentanil anesthesia group A , group B after induction of fentanyl anesthesia intubation .Sevoflurane inhalation by adjusting the quantity of maintain the BIS between 50 to 60 observed two groups of learning flow mechanics decannulation time and complications .Results:Before the insert and tube drawing A , B two groups of MAP, hR, no significant change (P >0.05), group B after extubation MAP, hR, volatility changes significantly (P >0.05), group B after intubation tube drawing MAP , hR, volatility changes obviously , there were ten people in choking cough body move , comparing the two groups had significant difference (P <0.05);A group of patients without choking cough body move when extubation ;Two groups of procedures finish waking hours group B extension .Conclusion:Compared with fentanyl , sufentanil could effectively restrain stress reaction when intubation tube drawing , sufentanil should be more advantageous to hemodynamic stability at the same time .
