口服质子泵抑制剂（proton pump inhibitors, PPIs）在治疗消化道疾病中的地位日益重要，然而使用过程中存在多种问题，尤其是在长程使用和联合用药过程中，据相关研究表明可能有增加骨折、心血管疾病及感染的风险。本文旨在提示临床应用PPIs应注意适应证及不同PPIs的特点，关注合并用药的相互作用及长期用药的不良反应，加强合理用药。
口服質子泵抑製劑（proton pump inhibitors, PPIs）在治療消化道疾病中的地位日益重要，然而使用過程中存在多種問題，尤其是在長程使用和聯閤用藥過程中，據相關研究錶明可能有增加骨摺、心血管疾病及感染的風險。本文旨在提示臨床應用PPIs應註意適應證及不同PPIs的特點，關註閤併用藥的相互作用及長期用藥的不良反應，加彊閤理用藥。

The status of oral proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases has become increasingly important, however, there are several problems during the use, especially in the long-term use and combination process, related studies indicated that the use of these drugs may increase fractures, cardiovascular diseases and risk of infection. Great caution should be attached to the indications and characteristics of different PPIs, as well as their interactions with other drugs if used in combination and the adverse effects in their long term use, to achieve rational use.
