分别以芦丁及齐墩果酸为对照品,用超声辅助提取、分光光度法测定了点地梅(Androsace umbellata)总黄酮及总三萜含量。结果表明,点地梅全草总黄酮及总三萜的相对含量分别为6.863%和8.832%, RSD分别为1.47%和1.02%;卢丁对照品在0.0138~0.2200 mg/mL范围呈良好线性关系,回归方程为y=10.27x+0.0138,R2为0.9999;齐墩果酸对照品在0~100 mg/mL范围内呈良好线性关系,回归方程为y=0.0113x-0.0177,R2为0.9991。该法操作简单、准确,相关结果可为点地梅的开发及利用提供参考依据。
分彆以蘆丁及齊墩果痠為對照品,用超聲輔助提取、分光光度法測定瞭點地梅(Androsace umbellata)總黃酮及總三萜含量。結果錶明,點地梅全草總黃酮及總三萜的相對含量分彆為6.863%和8.832%, RSD分彆為1.47%和1.02%;盧丁對照品在0.0138~0.2200 mg/mL範圍呈良好線性關繫,迴歸方程為y=10.27x+0.0138,R2為0.9999;齊墩果痠對照品在0~100 mg/mL範圍內呈良好線性關繫,迴歸方程為y=0.0113x-0.0177,R2為0.9991。該法操作簡單、準確,相關結果可為點地梅的開髮及利用提供參攷依據。

The total flavonoids and total triterpenoid from Androsace umbellata were determined by spectrophotometry based on the standard curves of rutin and oleanolic acid. The results showed the percentage of total flavonoids and total triterpenoid in Androsace umbellata were 6.863% (RSD=1.47%) and 8.832% (RSD=1.02%), respectively. There was a good linearity (R2=0.999 9) in the range of 0.013 8~0.220 0 mg/mL for rutin with the regression equation of y=10.27x+0.013 8. When the similar linearity of oleanolic acid (R2=0.999 1) was in the range of 0~100 mg/mL (R2=0.999 1), the regression equation was y=0.011 3x-0.017 7. This method is simple and reliable for detecting total flavonoids and total triterpenoid in Androsace umbellate. It will provides a reference for the exploitation and utilization of the Androsace umbellata.
