轴流式通风机的机翼型叶片相对于圆弧薄板型叶片,因其效率高、噪声低等优点越来越被广泛使用,机翼型叶片通常采用铝合金铸造、浇钢铸造或锻压制造,但是在特殊设计、小批量的情况下其生产成本过高。为此,可以采用机翼型中空钢叶片焊接制造工艺,以低成本、短时间完成高效、低噪机翼型轴流风机的生产,这种风机既可以用作一般用途,也可以用于耐高温场合。

Aerofoil axial fans have been increasingly more preferred than plate blade axial fans for the advantages of higher efficiency and lower noise. Normally, aerofoil blade is manufactured by aluminum cast, steel cast or forging and pressing, which will result in high fabrication expense in the case of special design and small quantities. Therefore, the manufacturing technology of welded aerofoil hollow-inside steel blade can be adopted to produce high efficiency, low noise axial fans with lower cost and short period. The fan can be used both in normal and high temperature resistance applications.
