针对压缩机叶轮在热处理后出现的裂纹缺陷,采用手工氩弧焊工艺进行补焊。通过与手工电弧焊补焊工艺的力学性能和显微组织进行对比分析,发现焊接接头具有良好的力学性能,接头强度满足设计要求,并且避免了传统手工电弧焊工艺补焊造成的飞溅、弧坑裂纹、气孔等缺陷,提高了产品一次性补焊合格率,完善了低合金高强钢焊接叶轮制造工艺规范。对某大型压缩机叶轮进行实际补焊应用,叶轮经过超转试验后,表面检测合格,完善了低合金高强钢焊接压缩机叶轮的制造技术。
針對壓縮機葉輪在熱處理後齣現的裂紋缺陷,採用手工氬弧銲工藝進行補銲。通過與手工電弧銲補銲工藝的力學性能和顯微組織進行對比分析,髮現銲接接頭具有良好的力學性能,接頭彊度滿足設計要求,併且避免瞭傳統手工電弧銲工藝補銲造成的飛濺、弧坑裂紋、氣孔等缺陷,提高瞭產品一次性補銲閤格率,完善瞭低閤金高彊鋼銲接葉輪製造工藝規範。對某大型壓縮機葉輪進行實際補銲應用,葉輪經過超轉試驗後,錶麵檢測閤格,完善瞭低閤金高彊鋼銲接壓縮機葉輪的製造技術。

Aiming at the issue of cracks appeared on the compressor impeller after the heat treatment, the research and test on manual argon arc welding for repairing the defects was applied in this study. By comparing the mechanical properties and the microstructure with the manual arc welding process, the results showed that the mechanical properties for the welded joint was good and the joint strength meet the design requirements for the manual argon arc welding process, and this process also avoided spatter, crater cracks, porosity and some other defects which were occurred in the traditional manual arc repair welding process. The manual argon arc welding process could improve one-time welding qualified rate for the products, and contributed to improve the welding impeller manufacturing process specification for the high strength low alloy steel. Through the actual welding application on a large compressor impeller, it could be exhibited that the surface inspection result was qualified after the over speed test for the impeller. It could be concluded that this process improved the manufacturing technology relating to the welding of the compressor impeller for high strength low alloy steel.
