选择10种隼形目鸟类尾羽,利用扫描电镜观察其绒羽显微结构,同时测量节直径和节间长度。结果表明绒羽主要由节状羽小枝构成,各种类节的形状、节直径和节间距存在差异。单因素方差分析表明除苍鹰和松雀鹰外,其他2个物种间至少有1个参数差异显著或极显著,说明把这2个参数综合起来考虑可为物种鉴定提供帮助。

The downy feathers of 10 species of Falconiformes were selected and observed under scanning electronic microscope. The diameter of nodular and distance between 2 nodular were measured. The results showed that the downy feathers were mainly composed of nodular barbules. There were some differences in the shapes, diameters of nodular and distance between 2 nodular among the species. One-way ANOVA analysis showed that there were significant difference on at least one parame-ter in the two analyzed parameters between two species besides Accipiter gentilis and Accipiter virgatus, indicating that the 2 parameters could be used to identifying species.
