对牡丹和芍药的次生木质部离析材料进行了观察,结果表明,牡丹和芍药的次生木质部具有螺纹、环纹、梯纹和孔纹4种类型的导管,穿孔板具有孔状穿孔板、梯状穿孔板和网状穿孔板3种类型,并具有大孔状穿孔板、混合穿孔板等特殊类型的导管。芍药科植物导管形态特征的多样性及特殊性对进一步研究芍药科植物的系统发育有所启示。
對牡丹和芍藥的次生木質部離析材料進行瞭觀察,結果錶明,牡丹和芍藥的次生木質部具有螺紋、環紋、梯紋和孔紋4種類型的導管,穿孔闆具有孔狀穿孔闆、梯狀穿孔闆和網狀穿孔闆3種類型,併具有大孔狀穿孔闆、混閤穿孔闆等特殊類型的導管。芍藥科植物導管形態特徵的多樣性及特殊性對進一步研究芍藥科植物的繫統髮育有所啟示。

The vessel elements of secondary xylem in Paeonia suffruticosa Andr. and Paeonia lactiflora Pal1. were observed by micrography. The results showed that there were 4 types of vessel elements including ringed vessel,reticulated vessel,scalari-form vessel and pitted vessel. The perforation plates had three types of scalarforms and reticulate plates, pitted perforation plates and coarse-pored perforation plates. The diverse and distinctive characters of vessel elements are useful for the phylo-genic study of Paeoniaceae.
