研究高氟与低碘条件下对子代大鼠甲状腺的影响情况。健康Wistar大鼠(雌:雄=3:1)32只随机分为4组。对照组饲喂大鼠标准饲料,饮用去离子水;高氟组饲喂大鼠标准饲料,饮100mg/L氟化钠(NaF)去离子水;低碘组饲喂低碘饲料,饮用去离子水;高氟低碘组饲喂低碘饲料,饮100mg/L氟化钠(NaF)去离子水。模型建立后,生产子代,分别取10、20、30日龄子代大鼠甲状腺称重并进行HE染色。结果表明,与对照组相比,3个试验组的甲状腺出现了不同程度的损伤,但试验组间甲状腺重与体重比值差异不显著。高氟组甲状腺滤泡不完整,且含有细胞碎片;低碘组甲状腺滤泡大小不等,上皮细胞有的呈高柱状;而高氟低碘组的甲状腺滤泡除具有低碘组的特点外,还伴有局灶性细胞坏死。表明碘缺乏情况下氟中毒对大鼠甲状腺的损害更大。

연구고불여저전조건하대자대대서갑상선적영향정황。건강Wistar대서(자:웅=3:1)32지수궤분위4조。대조조사위대서표준사료,음용거리자수;고불조사위대서표준사료,음100mg/L불화납(NaF)거리자수;저전조사위저전사료,음용거리자수;고불저전조사위저전사료,음100mg/L불화납(NaF)거리자수。모형건립후,생산자대,분별취10、20、30일령자대대서갑상선칭중병진행HE염색。결과표명,여대조조상비,3개시험조적갑상선출현료불동정도적손상,단시험조간갑상선중여체중비치차이불현저。고불조갑상선려포불완정,차함유세포쇄편;저전조갑상선려포대소불등,상피세포유적정고주상;이고불저전조적갑상선려포제구유저전조적특점외,환반유국조성세포배사。표명전결핍정황하불중독대대서갑상선적손해경대。
The effects of high-fluoride and low-iodine on the thyroid of offspring rats were studied. Thirty-two health Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups (female:male=3:1) and treated with water, high-fluoride(100mg NaF∕L), low-io-dine(0.085 8μg∕g) or both high-fluoride (100 mg/L NaF)and low-iodine (0.085 8μg∕g) for 3 months, respectively. The off-spring rats were treated as same. The thyroid gland in 10-day, 20-day and 30-day old offspring rats were taken and stained by HE. The results showed that compared with the control, the thyroid glands in all three treated groups appeared different damage, but the mean values of thyroid weight in the experimental groups were not significantly different. The thyroid follicles in high fluoride group were not complete and contained cellular debris. The thyroid follicles in low iodine group had different sizes and some epithelial cells had high columnar. The thyroid follicles in high fluoride and low iodine group showed focal necrosis besides the characteristics in low iodine group. It is indicated that damage of thyroid gland caused from Fluorosis were much more serious under iodine deficiency.
