采用菌丝生长速率法测定9种除草剂对蔬菜菌核病菌[核盘菌,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.)de Bary]菌丝生长的影响。结果表明,9种除草剂对菌核病菌菌丝生长均有抑制作用,随浓度增加抑制作用加大,但对菌核病菌的毒力不同。丁草胺对菌核病菌的毒力最强,EC50为12.69μg/mL,氨磺乐灵毒力最差,EC50为184.98μg/mL。毒力从大到小依次为丁草胺、异丙甲草胺、氟乐灵、精恶唑禾草灵、乙草胺、地乐胺、精喹禾灵、氰氟草酯、氨磺乐灵。
採用菌絲生長速率法測定9種除草劑對蔬菜菌覈病菌[覈盤菌,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.)de Bary]菌絲生長的影響。結果錶明,9種除草劑對菌覈病菌菌絲生長均有抑製作用,隨濃度增加抑製作用加大,但對菌覈病菌的毒力不同。丁草胺對菌覈病菌的毒力最彊,EC50為12.69μg/mL,氨磺樂靈毒力最差,EC50為184.98μg/mL。毒力從大到小依次為丁草胺、異丙甲草胺、氟樂靈、精噁唑禾草靈、乙草胺、地樂胺、精喹禾靈、氰氟草酯、氨磺樂靈。
채용균사생장속솔법측정9충제초제대소채균핵병균[핵반균,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum(Lib.)de Bary]균사생장적영향。결과표명,9충제초제대균핵병균균사생장균유억제작용,수농도증가억제작용가대,단대균핵병균적독력불동。정초알대균핵병균적독력최강,EC50위12.69μg/mL,안광악령독력최차,EC50위184.98μg/mL。독력종대도소의차위정초알、이병갑초알、불악령、정악서화초령、을초알、지악알、정규화령、청불초지、안광악령。
The effects of nine chemical herbicides on Sclerotinia sclerotiorum mycelial growth were studied. The results showed that all herbicdies could inhibit the mycelial growth and the effects were increased with the increas of concentration. However, the toxicity was different. Butachlor has the strongest inhibition with EC50 of 12.69μg∕mL. EC50 of oryzalin was only 184.98μg∕mL. The toxicity from the strongeast to the weakeast were butachlor > metolachlor, trifluralin>fenoxaprop-p-ethyl>acetochlor>butralin>quinofop-P-Ethyl>cyhalofop-butyl>oryzalin.
