为考察兴安杜鹃(Rhododendron dauricum L.)总黄酮对?OH、超氧阴离子自由基和亚硝酸盐的清除作用，以及对亚硝胺合成的阻断作用，采用超声波提取法，以95%(V/V )乙醇浸提兴安杜鹃叶和茎样品，紫外可见分光光度法测定兴安杜鹃提取物的总黄酮含量。结果表明，兴安杜鹃提取物对?OH、亚硝酸盐和超氧阴离子均有清除作用，对亚硝胺的合成具有阻断作用，且随着浓度的增大，清除或合成阻断作用增加。兴安杜鹃提取物对超氧阴离子的清除效果优于对?OH和亚硝酸盐的清除效果，叶提取物的清除作用强于茎提取物的清除作用。

The scavenging rates of the extraction from leaves and stems of Rhododendron dauricum L.to hydroxyl radical (?OH), oxygen radical (O2-), nitrite, and the blocking rate of synthesis to nitrosamines were studied. The extraction by 95%(V∕V ) ethanol by ultrasonic method. UV spectroscopy was used for determining the amount of total flavonoids. The results showed that the extraction from leaves and stems of Rhododendron dauricum L. had scavenging and blocking action. All scavenging action to radicals and blocking action of synthesis were related with the concentrations of the extraction. Scavenging action was increased with the increase of the extraction concentrations. The scavenging action of the extraction to oxygen radical was stronger than the scavenging action extraction to hydroxyl radical and nitrite. The scavenging action of the extraction from leaves was a little stronger than that from stems.
