试验优化了纤维素酶微波法提取黄柏根色素的工艺条件及进行抗氧化性研究,以水为提取剂,通过正交试验优化得到黄柏根色素的最佳提取工艺为微波功率390 W,酶解温度50℃,酶解pH为4.5,微波时间120 s;抗氧化性研究表明,黄柏根色素对DPPH、羟基自由基具有一定的清除能力,且抗氧化能力随浓度增大而增强,是一种天然有效的抗氧化剂。

The optimal technical parameters for extracting pigment from the root of Phellodendron by cellulase assisted microware and its antioxidant activity was studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions were microwave power of 390 W, enzymolysis temperature of 50 ℃, enzymolysis pH of 4.5, microwave time of 120 s, and using water as the extracting solvent. The results of antioxidation showed that pigment extracted from the root of Phellodendron had a certain scavenging effect on free radical of DPPH and hydroxyl radical. The reduction capability was increased with the increase of pigment concentration in experiment. Pigment from the root of Phellodendron was a powerful natural axtioxidant.
