用超声波辅助技术提取白蒿(Artemisia sieversiana)总黄酮,用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝比色法测定总黄酮浓度。通过单因素和正交试验,确定了白蒿总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇体积分数50%,超声处理时间45 min,超声处理温度50℃,料液比1:40(g:mL)。在此条件下,总黄酮提取率为2.18%。

The method of extracting total flavones in Artemisia sieversiana by ultrasonic wave assistance was introduced. The content of flavone was measured with NaNO2-Al (NO3)3 colorimetry. Based on the single factor and orthogonal experiment, the optimal parameters of total flavone extraction were ethanol concentration of 50%, ultrasonic wave dealing time of 45 min, ultrasonic wave dealing temperature of 50℃ and the ratio of material to solvent of 1:40 (g:mL). The total flavone yield under the optimal condition was 2.18%.
