在分析水泥灰岩矿山开发产生的生态问题基础上,从生态影响后果和生态恢复潜力两个方面,建立了由5项一级指标、15项二级指标构成的生态环境影响评价指标体系,并应用层次分析法确定各生态因子的权重值。采用该指标体系对河北省唐山市丰润区典型水泥灰岩矿区开采活动进行了量化评价,结果表明典型区域生态影响等级1987年为Ⅰ级较轻水平,2007年为Ⅲ级较重水平,即水泥灰岩矿山的开发利用对局部区域生态环境产生了较严重的影响。

Based on the analyses of ecological problems from cement limestone mine development, an evaluation index system of ecological impact was established considering ecological consequences and ecological restoration potential. Five level primary indicators and fifteen secondary indicators were embodied in the index system as a whole. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was used to determine the weight value of the secondary indicators. This evaluation index system was used to quantitatively e-valuate the typical cement limestone mining in Hebei Province. The results showed that the ecological impact level of the typical cement limestone mining was Ⅰ of a less severe level in 1987 and Ⅲ of a heavier impact level in 2007. It revealed that cement limestone mine development had a more serious impact on the ecological environment of the local area.
