采用食下毒叶法测定和比较了有机磷农药毒死蜱对14个不同品种家蚕的室内急性毒性，结果表明：对毒死蜱敏感性较强的家蚕品种有皓月和7532，其96h-LC50分别为1.8426和2.1452 mg?L-1；敏感性较弱的蚕品种有春晓、浙蕾、872、限2和871，其96h-LC50为2.9937～3.3471 mg?L-1；敏感性弱的蚕品种有秋实、白玉、CA、菁松、JA、芙蓉和湘晖，其96h-LC50为3.5190～4.5665 mg?L-1。说明不同品种的家蚕对农药毒死蜱的敏感性不同，其中皓月和7532对毒死蜱最为敏感。

Acute toxicities of chlorpyrifos to 14 different hybrids of silkworm (Bombyx mori) were evaluated in the laboratory using the leaf dipping method .Results showed that the 96h-LC50 of chlorpyrifos to Haoyue and 7532 were 1.8426 and 2.1452 mg?L-1 respectively.While the 96h-LC50 of chlorpyrifos to Chunxiao, Zhelei, 872, Xian 2 and 871 were between 2.9937-3.3471 mg?L-1 and to Qiushi, Baiyu, CA, Jingsong, JA, Furong and Xianghui were between 3.519-4.5665 mg?L-1 , respectively.It is indicated that the toxicities of chlorpyrifos to different hybrids of silkworm were different, and the two hybrids of silkworm Haoyue and 7532 were most sensitive.
