The paper carries out theoretical studies on the network-like integration of industrial chain based on the modu-lar production,and constructs a network-like model of industrial chain on the basis of Anhui automobile industry.From product integration,value integration and knowledge integration,the paper explores the effective path for the automotive in-dustry network-like integration of industrial chain to speed up independent innovation,optimize the industrial structure, create industrial clusters and achieve leapfrog development,providing theoretical guidance and suggestions.
