不同视角下有不同的知识分类理论与知识分类模型，为了对知识交易进一步研究，应在知识交易视角下研究对知识的分类。知识是否可以交易可根据知识的抽象值和实用值来分类和判断，构建知识抽象-实用度模型角度来可将知识分为四类，其中实践性知识是实用度较高且实用值较高的知识，实践性知识是易于交易的。知识发展的方向是由抽象到实用、实用度由小到大。

As we know,there are different knowledge classification theories and models according to their perspective. For a further research on knowledge transaction,we should study the knowledge classification on the view of knowledge transac-tion. Whether the knowledge should be transacted or not can be judged according to its abstract value and practical value.From the perspective of knowledge abstract-practicality degree model,there are four kinds of knowledge. Praxiological knowledge is such knowledge with high practical degree and high practical value,and easy to trade. Knowledge develop-ment is from abstract to practical,from low degree of practicality to high degree of practicality. The economic character of non-praxiological knowledge,praxiological knowledge and classical product changes gradually. There should be more re-search on transaction of praxiological knowledge.
