以交互记忆系统的均值和差异化为中介变量,探讨授权型领导对团队创造力的影响及作用机制。以35个研发团队为样本的结果发现,(1)授权型领导对团队创造力具有积极影响;(2)授权型领导通过提高交互记忆系统的均值,降低交互记忆系统的差异化,对团队创造力产生积极影响。
以交互記憶繫統的均值和差異化為中介變量,探討授權型領導對糰隊創造力的影響及作用機製。以35箇研髮糰隊為樣本的結果髮現,(1)授權型領導對糰隊創造力具有積極影響;(2)授權型領導通過提高交互記憶繫統的均值,降低交互記憶繫統的差異化,對糰隊創造力產生積極影響。

Transactive memory system is a hot issue in the field of team cognitive research. This study examined the inter-vening roles of transactive memory system and its differentiation in the relationship between empowering leadership and team creativity. Drawing on the data from 35 R&D teams,we found that (1 )empowering leadership was positively related to team creativity. (2)transactive memory system and its differentiation were mediators between empowering leadership and team creativity.
