Based on the three dimensions of service capabilities,high-tech development level and service process,using AHP to establish the evaluation index system of high-tech service enterprises in Suzhou,and in accordance with the devel-opment of high-tech service enterprises in Suzhou survey data,the paper carried out the in-depth analysis of the impact of the various factors on the development of high-tech service enterprises in Suzhou,and proposed the corresponding coun-termeasures and suggestions to the development of high-tech service industry in Suzhou.
