目的:观察何首乌饮对快速老化小鼠性激素及其受体的影响。方法 SAMP8小鼠分为模型组、阳性药维生素VE组、何首乌饮低、中、高剂量组,每组12只,另设SAMP1小鼠作为对照组。灌胃给药8周。化学发光免疫法测定血清中雌二醇(E2)、黄体生长激素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平;计算卵巢指数;荧光定量PCR法和Western-blot法测定雌激素受体α( ERα)、LH受体( LHR )、FSH 受体( FSHR ) mRNA和蛋白表达。结果与模型组比,何首乌饮组可不同程度的升高血清中E2水平,降低LH、FSH水平;升高卵巢指数;升高卵巢组织ERα、LHR、FSHR表达。结论何首乌饮可通过调节性激素及其受体表达而延缓快速老化小鼠卵巢的衰老。

목적:관찰하수오음대쾌속노화소서성격소급기수체적영향。방법 SAMP8소서분위모형조、양성약유생소VE조、하수오음저、중、고제량조,매조12지,령설SAMP1소서작위대조조。관위급약8주。화학발광면역법측정혈청중자이순(E2)、황체생장격소(LH)、란포자격소(FSH)수평;계산란소지수;형광정량PCR법화Western-blot법측정자격소수체α( ERα)、LH수체( LHR )、FSH 수체( FSHR ) mRNA화단백표체。결과여모형조비,하수오음조가불동정도적승고혈청중E2수평,강저LH、FSH수평;승고란소지수;승고란소조직ERα、LHR、FSHR표체。결론하수오음가통과조절성격소급기수체표체이연완쾌속노화소서란소적쇠로。
Objective To investigate the effect of polygonum multiflorum drink ( PGMD ) on sex hormones and their receptors in senescence accelerating mice .Methods SAMP8 mice were randomly divided into model group, VE group and PGMD ( low, middle, high) group.Each group has 12 mice, at the same time, SAMP1 mice were the control group .After 8 weeks'intragastric administration , chemiluminescence immuno assay was used to detect the contents of E 2, LH and FSH; Index of ovary was calculated .Real time PCR and western blot were used to detect the mRNA and protein expression of ERα、LHR、FSHR in ovary.Results Compared with the model group, the level of E2 increased( P <0.05), LH、FSH decreased in PGMD group in blood serum ( P<0.05).Index of ovary increased in PGMD group ( P <0.05).The expression of ERα、LHR、FSHR increased in PGMD group( P <0.05).Conclusion PGMD could delay aging of ovary in senescence accelerated mice by regulating sex hormones and their receptors .
