工程测绘类课程是工科专业学生十分重要的专业技术必修课程，针对目前我校存在的测绘专任教师少，学生规模不断扩大的现状，笔者结合多年从事测绘课程教学的经验，就开展测绘专任教师实践教学能力培养的教学改革研究，提出了具体研究思路和解决措施。

Surveying and mapping engineering courses are very important technology specialty compulsory courses for the engineering students. Aimed at the current stations for the lack of full-time teachers of surveying and mapping major and the expansion of students scale. According to the experience of teaching in surveying and mapping courses, specific research ideas and solutions of teaching research on reform for ability training of full-time teachers of surveying and mapping major in practical teaching were put forward.
