目的：探讨急性脊髓损伤的临床表现。方法对自2008年5月至2012年9月我院收治的急性脊髓损伤患者的临床资料行回顾性分析。结果脊髓内部出血15例，异常信号不均匀；水肿17例，T1W I上表现为等信号11例，稍低信号6例；挫伤9例，表现为扭曲变形、脊髓受压、横断和撕裂。结论急性脊髓损伤后可在MRI表现出一定的形态改变，有助于预后的判断。

목적：탐토급성척수손상적림상표현。방법대자2008년5월지2012년9월아원수치적급성척수손상환자적림상자료행회고성분석。결과척수내부출혈15례，이상신호불균균；수종17례，T1W I상표현위등신호11례，초저신호6례；좌상9례，표현위뉴곡변형、척수수압、횡단화시렬。결론급성척수손상후가재MRI표현출일정적형태개변，유조우예후적판단。
Objective: To investigate the clinical features of acute spinal cord injury. Methods: the patients with acute spinal cord injury from 2008 May to 2012 of September in our hospital were retrospectively the clinical data. Results: the spinal cord in 15 cases of internal bleeding, abnormal signal is not uniform; edema in 17 cases, T1WI showed isointensity in 11 cases, and slightly lower signal in 6 cases; 9 cases of contusion, expression is distorted, spinal cord compression, transverse and tear. Conclusion: after acute spinal cord injury in MRI exhibited alterations in some form, contribute to the prognosis.
