目的：探讨如何有效的对新生儿硬膜下出血进行诊断和治疗，为以后临床工作提供参考。方法回顾性分析我院收治的9例新生儿硬膜下出血患者，对其诊疗措施进行分析探讨。结果经过早期诊断和对其有针对性的进行止血、降低颅内压和前囟门穿刺抽吸术治疗，7d后6例血肿完全消失，2例血肿有所缓解，1例症状无改善。结论新生儿硬膜下出血应做到早诊断、早治疗，硬脑膜下穿刺抽吸术是其首选方法。

Objective Discussion on how to effectively carry out the diagnosis and treatment of neonatal subdural hemorrhage, provide the reference for the clinical work. Methods A retrospective analysis of 9 cases of neonatal dural hemorrhage patients admitted to our hospital, to analyze the diagnosis and treatment measures. Results After the early diagnosis and the targeted for hemostasis, reducing intracranial pressure and anterior fontanelle puncture aspiration in the treatment of 6 cases of hematoma. 7 days later, 6 cases were completely disappeared, 2 cases of hematoma eased, 1 cases symptoms non improvement. Conclusion Neonatal subdural hemorrhage should be early diagnosis, early treatment, subdural puncture aspiration is the preferred method.
