目的:研究丹参药材在醇提过程中药材粉碎度、醇浓度、提取温度及干燥过程中温度影响。方法采用正交实验法以丹酚酸 B 含量为指标,对药材粉碎度、醇浓度、提取温度进行考察。结果通过正交实验考察影响丹酚酸 B 含量的药材粉碎度、醇浓度、提取温度等因素,最终得到最佳提取条件为丹参药材粉碎成细粉,50%乙醇,在70℃回流提取。醇提取液减压回收温度应控制在80℃以下。结论实验结果表明丹参在提取过程中,粉碎度对其丹酚酸 B 提出量有明显影响,醇提液减压回收时温度影响也较大,希望通过本实验能为工业化大生产中丹参提取提供参考。

목적:연구단삼약재재순제과정중약재분쇄도、순농도、제취온도급간조과정중온도영향。방법채용정교실험법이단분산 B 함량위지표,대약재분쇄도、순농도、제취온도진행고찰。결과통과정교실험고찰영향단분산 B 함량적약재분쇄도、순농도、제취온도등인소,최종득도최가제취조건위단삼약재분쇄성세분,50%을순,재70℃회류제취。순제취액감압회수온도응공제재80℃이하。결론실험결과표명단삼재제취과정중,분쇄도대기단분산 B 제출량유명현영향,순제액감압회수시온도영향야교대,희망통과본실험능위공업화대생산중단삼제취제공삼고。
Objective To study the influences of grind degrees,ethanol concentration,extraction temperature, and drying temperature on extraction process of Danshen. Methods By applying orthogonal experimental method and content of salvianolic acid B as an indicator,the factors of grind degrees, ethanol concentration and extraction temperature were investigated. Results The optimum process conditions were obtained as follows: fine powder of Danshen, solvent of 50% ethanol, reflux extraction at 70℃. Besides, concentrated temperature of ethanol extract in vacuum should be controlled under 80℃. Conclusion The results showed that grind degrees and concentrated temperature of ethanol extract in vacuum influenced significantly on the content of salvianolic acid B during the extraction process of Danshen. It will be a benefitical for industrial production of Danshen and related preparation.
