目的:探讨分析麻醉后寒战的原因及治疗对策。方法选取我院2012年1月至2013年6月实施腰硬联合麻醉手术的患者120例,将所有患者按照随机数字分组法分为 A 组、B 组、C 组各40例,术毕停用麻醉药后 A 组给予芬太尼1μg/kg;B 组给予度冷丁0.5mg/kg;C 组给予0.9%的生理盐水。3组药物均用生理盐水稀释到10mL 静脉注射来预防麻醉后寒战。结果 A 组寒战发生4例,占10%,B 组12例占30%,C 组27例占67.5%。A 组寒战发生率显著低于其他两组,组间比较 P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。三组在用药后心率、血氧饱和度和体温的变化差异不大,组间比较 P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论麻醉后寒战的发生于多方面因素有关,麻醉后静脉注射芬太尼与度冷丁,配合有效的人性化护理,可以有效预防麻醉后寒战的发生。

목적:탐토분석마취후한전적원인급치료대책。방법선취아원2012년1월지2013년6월실시요경연합마취수술적환자120례,장소유환자안조수궤수자분조법분위 A 조、B 조、C 조각40례,술필정용마취약후 A 조급여분태니1μg/kg;B 조급여도랭정0.5mg/kg;C 조급여0.9%적생리염수。3조약물균용생리염수희석도10mL 정맥주사래예방마취후한전。결과 A 조한전발생4례,점10%,B 조12례점30%,C 조27례점67.5%。A 조한전발생솔현저저우기타량조,조간비교 P<0.05,차이구유통계학의의。삼조재용약후심솔、혈양포화도화체온적변화차이불대,조간비교 P>0.05,차이무통계학의의。결론마취후한전적발생우다방면인소유관,마취후정맥주사분태니여도랭정,배합유효적인성화호리,가이유효예방마취후한전적발생。
Objective To investigate the cause of shivering after anesthesia and treatment strategies. Methods Epidural anesthesia for 120 patients, all patients will be divided into groups according to the random numbers A, B group, C group of 40 patients after surgery in group A disabled anesthetic fentanyl 1μg/kg; B group were given meperidine 0.5mg/kg; C group received 0.9% saline. Three groups of drugs were diluted to 10mL with saline intravenous anesthesia to prevent shivering. Results A group of shivering 4 cases, accounting for 10%, B group, 12 cases accounted for 30%, C group of 27 cases accounted for 67.5%. Incidence of shivering in group A was significantly lower than the other two groups, between groups P<0.05, statistically significant difference. Three groups after treatment heart rate, oxygen saturation and body temperature difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion Shivering after anesthesia occurred in many factors, anesthetized with intravenous fentanyl meperidine, with effective humane care, can effectively prevent the occurrence of shivering after anesthesia.
