目的：探讨小儿外科患者使用留置针的实用性。方法2012年10月至2013年9月通过对239例使用静脉留置针的患儿观察进行分析和总结。结果239例患儿治愈出院，无术后并发，无护患纠纷发生。结论留置针在小儿外科的应用有利于患儿的早日康复，避免了护患纠纷的发生。

목적：탐토소인외과환자사용류치침적실용성。방법2012년10월지2013년9월통과대239례사용정맥류치침적환인관찰진행분석화총결。결과239례환인치유출원，무술후병발，무호환규분발생。결론류치침재소인외과적응용유리우환인적조일강복，피면료호환규분적발생。
Objective Exploring the practicability of pediatric surgical patients with indwelling needle. Method In October 2012 to September 2013 through the 239 cases using intravenous indwelling needle were observed, analyzed and summarized. Results 239 cases cured and discharged, no postoperative concurrent; No dispute between nurses and patients. Conclusion the application of indwelling needle in pediatric surgery will help children recover at an early date, to avoid the occurrence of the dispute of nurses and patients.
